Heatwave-like weather is nearing, and summer is basically here! And you know what that means… it’s time for us to find our favorite cold and refreshing drink to help us cool down this summer.
This year, we’re going to be thinking of sipping on a throwback and timeless summer classic. You guessed it – sweetened iced peach tea. For us, summertime is like a bright shining signal for the return of iced tea.
Nothing says cooling off in the North American summer heat like sweetened peach iced tea. This is a particularly popular beverage in the Southern US, with peaches being a very common crop and in season during the summer for southern states.
While many of us seek out peach iced tea in the iced tea section of our grocery stores or at our local Sonic, our peach iced tea recipe can be made at home in under 30 minutes and with only a couple of quality ingredients - without the use of sugar. It’s easy to make and tastes more pure, fresh, and yummier than any store-bought or restaurant-served peach iced tea.
You can easily serve or bring along this sugar-free sweet peach iced tea at your next summer get-together, picnic, or BBQ, and it’ll definitely go down a hit.
Honestly, our sweet fruity peach iced tea is so delicious that you’ll probably end up making it all year round - basically whenever you’re craving a refreshing drink that can be made completely without the use of added sugar!
Oh, and we haven’t even mentioned the best part yet. The tea we use for this recipe is mood-boosting and adaptogenic! We use Wise Ape Lemon Vibration tea herbs that not only infuse a soothing herbal lemon flavor with a mellow lavender undertone that adds an interestingly pleasant flavor punch (to help balance the sweetness), but also this herbal blend is incredibly adaptogenic.
What does this mean?
In a nutshell, adaptogens are naturally occurring and help your body adapt to stress and resist fatigue in stressful situations by shifting your body’s hormonal responses. Adaptogens come in certain herb or mushroom forms and have been shown to help assist the body in preventing certain damaging effects and work in restoring specific functions.
The herbs used in our sugar-free peach iced tea recipe are combined to help your body re-center and rejuvenated, something that we especially need when the heat is getting us down and leaving us drained.
It’s a herbal blend of lemongrass, lemon balm, and St. john’s wort that harmonize to realign your vibration and re-center your psyche, with delicate hints of lavender, lemon peel, and rosemary, they soothe your senses and brighten your mood into a state of inner utopia. Lemon Vibration is designed to re-center, reset, and realign.
So, this sugar-free peach iced tea recipe is full of sweet and fruity balanced flavor, all the while it will help your body relax and rejuvenate your mood, acting as a tonic that’ll nourish your body’s system.

Adaptogenic Peach Iced Tea Recipe
Serves 7 to 8 glasses
Ingredients
- 2 and 4 cups of boiling water, separated
- 4 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener, to taste (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 pitted and thinly sliced peaches
- 5 Wise Ape Lemon Vibration tea bags, with the strings removed
- 2 cups of cold ice water
- Mint sprigs
How To Make
In a large pot combine 2 of your cups of boiling water, monk fruit, and the sliced peaches. On medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring consistently, dissolving the monk fruit. Reduce the heat to simmer. Continue to cook for around 7 minutes or until the peaches are soft and juicy. Allow this sweet peach mixture to cool completely.
While the simple syrup cools, brew the tea by pouring the 4 cups of boiling water into a heat-proof pitcher with the tea bags. Allow it to steep for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the tea bags from the tea mix and when the simple syrup is fully cooled, remove the peaches by straining or picking them out with a fork.
In a pitcher, combine the sweet peach syrup, brewed tea, and iced water. Stir well and serve with mint. Enjoy!
