  • 1 cup of fresh blackberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
  • 4 ounces of silver tequila or gin
  • 6 ounces of pineapple juice
  • 4 teaspoons of brewed and chilled Wise Ape Pineapple Shaman tea 
  • club soda
  • 2 lime quarters
  • ¼ cup of blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the mint, lime juice, and blackberries into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle them together. Continue by adding the tequila, brewed tea, blueberries, pineapple juice, a couple of pieces of ice, monk fruit, and secure the lid onto the shaker. Shake vigorously for roughly 30 seconds. The liquid should now be chilled. 
  2. Strain into 2 ice-filled cocktail glasses and pour in some spritz of club soda. Garnish with additional blueberries, blackberries, and lime quarters. Serve immediately, enjoy, and Happy Valentine's Day.
